Hello! Welcome to the student page of FBC Hewitt. We call ourselves the .  This name represents who we are and our mission as disciples of Jesus Christ. Have a look around and see what God is doing in our events and ministries. FUEL

Each Wednesday night from 6:30-7:45 pm, we meet together to worship God through song and study of his word. Our focus is simple:  to meet with God and encourage one another.  In the middle of the week, everyone is starting to feel drained.  We come together to get the fuel we need to live our weeks in light of Jesus’ most important commands: love God and love neighbor.  Come and join us!

SUNDAY MORNING CONNECT

Every Sunday morning, from 9:30-10:30 am, we share in a time of student led worship.  We spend time voicing prayer requests and praying with each other.  We then lift of Christ through song in a time led by some of our students. God’s word is then shared in a devotional time by a different student each week.  It is a beautiful picture of Proverbs 27:17: “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Come get connected and stay sharp!

THE CORE

Sunday nights from 6:00-8:00 pm, the SEALS meet together for a deeper time of studying scripture.  All too often, we paint scripture in broad strokes and focus on a few passages as the center of our faith.  In reality, all of God’s word is relevant to the core of what we believe.  We just have to take the time to study it.  That is our goal each Sunday night.  We explore a book of scripture one week at a time, reading it closely throughout the week and discussing it together.  We would love for you to join in as we discover what God has for us!

SPECIAL EVENTS

Because we’re a group of students, there’s always something going on.  Missions, outreach, and service are a huge part of our identity.  Be sure to check out our calendar to see what is happening this week!
